Cancellation policy
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation. If the payment is not received at least 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be cancelled. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the payment should be made the same day and the proof of payment must be provided the same day. Villa Oasi Verde reserves the right to cancel a reservation if proof of payment is not provided and/or if the payment is not received in time.
Payment information
We accept bank transfer (bank wire) payments. Cash payments may be accepted in some cases, and must always be confirmed in writing in advance by Villa Oasi Verde. We do not accept credit cards.

Refundable damage deposit: A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Key collection - The host will meet you at the villa.
Quiet hours - Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00. Please keep in mind our property is in a secluded, calm village, and we do our best to treat our neighbors and nature respectfully. Thus, loud music and excessive noise are not allowed.
Child policies - Children of any age are allowed.
Maximum occupancy - We can accommodate up to 5 guests (4 + 1 adult or child). Two baby cots are available upon request.
Swimming pool: Heated outdoor swimming pool is open from April till the end of October.
Cot and extra bed policies - There is no capacity for extra beds at this property. Cots are available upon request.
Parties - Parties/events are not allowed. Our property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Internet - WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking - Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Smoking - Smoking is not allowed.
Pets - Pets are not allowed.
